Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to Stupid Club, including the website, checkout, Discord community, member sessions, videos, meetings, events, and related benefits. By purchasing or using Stupid Club, you agree to these Terms.

Membership Options

Annual membership: annual membership renews once per year unless cancelled before renewal. The annual price is batch-based and may increase for new members as spots are sold. Your checkout page shows the price you are agreeing to pay.

Lifetime membership: Lifetime is a one-time payment for continued access to Stupid Club while the Club is operated. The Lifetime price increases by $1 after each Lifetime purchase. "Lifetime" does not mean any individual person's lifetime and does not guarantee that every benefit, platform, or format will remain unchanged forever.

Benefits

Membership benefits may include one-on-one access to Lucas Montano, Premium Perssua access, Discord community access, mock interview groups, networking, exclusive videos, bi-weekly group meetings, dinners, meetups, and other member experiences. Some benefits depend on scheduling, availability, member capacity, third-party platforms, and reasonable operational changes.

Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

• Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Stripe to charge your payment method.
• Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year at the subscription price shown at checkout unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to identify the subscription, such as the purchase email or Stripe customer email.
• Cancellation stops future renewals once processed. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or separately approved in writing.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time payments and do not renew.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may request cancellation of an annual subscription by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation requests are handled by email and apply to future renewals after they are processed.

Refunds are not available after a member has received access to Stupid Club content, meetings, community areas, member sessions, or other Club benefits, except where required by applicable law. If you believe there was a billing error or duplicate charge, contact us at [email protected].

Community Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully and not harass, threaten, spam, scrape, impersonate others, share private member content without permission, or use the community for unlawful activity. We may remove content, revoke access, or suspend a member who violates these Terms or community rules.

No Guarantees

Stupid Club provides education, community, networking, and professional-development opportunities. We do not guarantee employment, referrals, interviews, promotions, income, startup outcomes, audience growth, or any specific career result.

Content and Intellectual Property

Videos, session recordings, written materials, branding, and other Stupid Club content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use member content for your personal learning and participation, but you may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or commercially exploit it without written permission.

Third-Party Services

Stupid Club may rely on Stripe, Discord, Google, YouTube, Resend, Perssua, and other third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or account actions.

Changes to the Service

We may update benefits, pricing for new members, community structure, platforms, event formats, and these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the community, misuse the service, or fail to pay required fees. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to Stupid Club in the 12 months before the claim.
